Who we are
This policy explains what Growth Network Ltd ("we", "us") — trading as the Martial Art Business Growth Network — does with personal information collected through growth-network.co.uk. We are the data controller for that information.

What we collect
We only collect what you type into a form. There is no account system on this site and we do not buy or scrape personal data.
- Masterclass registration — your name, email address and phone number, so we can send you the Zoom link, reminders and the replay.
- Growth Call booking — your name, email address, phone number and the time slot you choose, plus anything you tell us about your school, so we can hold the call and prepare for it.
- Technical information — your browser sends an IP address and user-agent to our host when a page loads. This is standard server logging.
Why we're allowed to use it
- Consent — for marketing emails. You give it when you register, and you can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
- Legitimate interests — for running the masterclass and Growth Calls you asked for, and for keeping the site working and secure.
- Legal obligation — where we have to keep records, for example for tax.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your personal information. It is shared only with the services we use to run the business:
- Netlify — hosts this website and serves its pages.
- Growth Network CRM — our own booking and registration system, which is where masterclass registrations and Growth Call bookings are stored.
- Email delivery and Zoom — to send you confirmations, reminders and the masterclass link.
- Google Fonts and unpkg — content delivery networks that serve the fonts and one script this site uses. Loading a page sends your IP address to them.
- Analytics — where enabled, we use analytics to count page views and which buttons get clicked, so we can improve the site. This does not identify you personally to us.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and booking records are kept for as long as we are in contact with you about your school, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, except where we are legally required to keep it.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to us using it. You can also withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Contact us using the details above and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no analytics tracking. The booking and registration forms are provided by our own CRM and may set a cookie needed to make the form work. If we add analytics in future, we will update this page first.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
